Return Policy
At Delta 8 Carts Shop, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, let us know within 30 days of receiving it and you will receive a full refund of the price of the product. Please check your products carefully upon delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged during the shipment process. All products in excess of 30 days are considered final.
A refund of your products will be made within 14 days from when we receive your returned product. To make a return, send an email to sales@delta8cartshop.com with details as to why you are requesting a refund, with your order number included in the subject line or main body text of your email. Or call customer care at 213-316-6812. And once the product is shipped to us, please send us the tracking number. Once we have received your product, you will receive confirmation of your refund via email or telephone from the Blue Moon Hemp customer care team. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 3-5 business days.

Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. Costs associated with payment and return delivery will be covered by the customer.
If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
All products/sales purchased during a Blue Moon Hemp Special Promotion are final, and are not subject to Blue Moon Hemp’s standard refund/return policy. A Special Promotion is defined as any sale/promotion of product, below the currently advertised MSRP.
If your product was purchased through a Delta 8 Carts Shop distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.
